My Teaching

 
 

I am Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour in the Department of Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Greenwich Business School, where I have been teaching since 2004.


Previously, I have been 'Basil-Blackwell Teaching Fellow' in the former Department of Industrial Relations  (now EROB Group in the Management Dept.) at the London School of Economics (2002-2004), Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Management Programme at the LSE Summer School (2002-2004), and Visiting Lecturer in the Bristol Business School at the University of the West of England (2001-2002).


I have been teaching in the areas of Industrial Relations/Employment Relations, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Organisational Behaviour, and research methods.


As part of my teaching duties, I am personal tutor for about 30 undergraduate students, and I supervise dissertations of about a dozen final year undergraduate and several postgraduate students in my department. Previously, I have supervised master's dissertations at the LSE.
